The delivery Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as the primary technical driver for delivering high quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe's Global Enterprise customers. Requirements

  • Past experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems in the role of Architect and/or Principal Consultant
  • 4+ years' experience hands-on architecting and/or implementing three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign or Marketo Engage, Adobe Real-Time CDP or Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including App Builder, Adobe Commerce/Magento or another e-commerce solution that integrates with AEM, Adobe Target or Recommendations, Adobe Experience Platform (Schema, Query Services, etc.), Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion, GenStudio, Express, or Firefly Services (< 3 years)
  • Strong leadership abilities (an example being proactively convert complex business requirements into technical "solutions") which aligns all delivery team activities to detailed customer Business Objectives
  • Experience producing project scope definitions, delivery estimations, prioritization and project timelines based on product licensing purchase and implementation requirements
  • Ability to quickly diagnose delivery challenges and formulate effective remediation plans to adhere to scope, schedule and budget
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress
  • Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications with the ability to adjust communications as needed for Technical, Marketing and/or C-Suite customers

Nice To Haves

  • One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target or Workfront)
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journey including Ad Tech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management or automation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights
  • Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter or React-Native mobile applications
  • Proficiency in employing Generative and/or Agentic AI solutions to optimize daily workflows or hands-on experience with building AI agents
