Northrop Grumman's Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) is looking for a dynamic, innovative Enterprise Services Program Manager (Manager of Information Technology level 2) to support the NG Space Systems Sector CIDO Program Management Office (PMO). This motivated individual will provide overall technology thought-leadership, strategy, and Information Technology (IT) management for the Space Superiority Division (SSD) located in Dulles, VA, while serving as a customer liaison between the different functional areas, the SSD programs, and the CIDO organization as a whole. Note- Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: IT strategy and operational activities including service delivery, technical requirements gathering, infrastructure solutions and project execution. Liaison between facilities and security when necessary, to drive optimal IT service environments for SSD sites. Maximize alignment of program IT services with the Space Systems CIDO sector operating models, strategies, business objectives and investments. Coordinate with directorate business leadership, homeroom managers, and end user groups to identify, plan, implement, and sustain IT solutions to meet sector, division and program strategic and tactical objectives. Act as the CIDO ambassador to programs and business leadership, functional organizations, and end-customers (users). Monitor customer satisfaction with IT service delivery and engage CIDO resources to assist as required to meet and exceed IT service level objectives for the site. Identify systemic technical and service delivery challenges affecting the customer and then coordinate solutions with CIDO functional representatives; engage constructively to identify solutions. Develop and present IT budgets in support of non-recurring projects, recurring sustainment and IT long range strategic planning (LRSP); provide monthly financial analysis and reporting to SP IT program management and SP IT leadership team.
