About The Position

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. ENTERPRISE SERVICES MANAGER * Oversees the delivery, operations, and performance of USSTRATCOM's enterprise IT services, including SaaS platforms, on-premise systems, and hybrid cloud solutions. * Ensures secure, compliant, and uninterrupted service delivery aligned with IL5/IL6 standards and DoD Zero Trust principles. * Leads efforts to enforce SLAs, operational baselines, and SOPs, while collaborating with external providers, such as DISA and the Army, and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service reliability. * Drives modernization initiatives, such as cloud migration, workflow automation, and system optimization, ensuring USSTRATCOM's IT services remain scalable, efficient, and mission-aligned. * By managing disaster recovery (DR) and continuity of operations (COOP) strategies, supports operational resilience and continuous mission-critical support.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
