Position Summary The Enterprise Seller Development Manager for eBay Collectibles plays a pivotal role in fostering robust relationships with enterprise sellers while spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance seller KPIs, partnerships, GMV, and revenue-generating opportunities. This position is dedicated to accelerating the growth of enterprise sellers through deep and consultative partnerships and knowledge sharing, focusing on the most strategic and vital relationships within the Collectibles. Experience in the Collectibles industry is a valuable asset that will further enhance your candidacy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in e-commerce and account management.
  • Excellent influencing and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Consistent track record of high performance and team ranking.
  • Recognized as a strong cross-functional leader and collaborator.
  • Executive-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Seller Partnership: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations, managing some of eBay’s largest and most successful accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for enterprise sellers to ensure successful platform integration and early growth.
  • Analyze seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Create and implement customized business plans to help enterprise sellers achieve their growth targets.
  • Provide advanced platform knowledge and selling strategy consultation, including advertising products.
  • Develop and manage daily deals and seller funded coupon strategies to enhance visibility and sales for enterprise sellers, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues.
  • Guide sellers through policy and platform changes while ensuring compliance.
  • Track and analyze seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met.
  • Strategic Business Acumen & Leadership: Organize and execute large-scale seller strategic initiatives through cross-collaboration with business unit partnerships.
  • Develop best practice sharing programs across the seller community.
  • Investigate and analyze new policy and platform impacts on enterprise sellers.
  • Lead initiatives to establish and enforce seller best practices.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of educational initiatives.
