As an Enterprise Seller Development Manager, you will help craft the future of our platform through building strong connections with our largest and most strategic sellers. You will have the opportunity to promote growth in the Hard Goods and eBay Refurbished categories and make a real difference for our business and partners. Position Summary The Enterprise Seller Development Manager for eBay Hard Goods plays a key role in building positive relationships with enterprise sellers while guiding critical initiatives to improve important metrics such as seller performance, partnerships, GMV, and revenue opportunities. Your responsibility will be to drive the growth of enterprise sellers through consultative partnerships and knowledge sharing, concentrating on our most important relationships. Experience in the electronics industry is a valuable asset that will further improve your candidacy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in e-commerce and account management.
  • Excellent influencing and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and standard methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Consistent track record of high performance and team ranking.
  • Recognized as a strong cross-functional leader and collaborator.
  • Executive-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data.
  • High degree of ownership and dedication to achieving results.
  • Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and business needs.
  • Self-motivated to find opportunities and challenges within the business.
  • Analytical approach to planning and decision-making, with ease in managing data, analytics, and modeling.
  • Solid grasp of P&L.
  • Organized problem solver who balances attention to detail with efficiency.
  • Solid knowledge of digital advertising and a strong interest in becoming an expert.
  • Eagerness to develop deep industry knowledge, interact closely with customers, and a strong desire to contribute to eBay's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Seller Partnership: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with enterprise sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations, managing some of eBay’s largest and most successful accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to ensure successful platform integration and early growth.
  • Analyze seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Build and implement customized business plans to help enterprise sellers achieve their growth targets.
  • Provide advanced platform knowledge and selling strategy consultation, including advertising products.
  • Develop and manage daily deals and seller-funded coupon strategies to improve visibility and sales for enterprise sellers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues.
  • Assist sellers in navigating policy and platform updates while ensuring adherence.
  • Track and analyze seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met.
  • Strategic Business Insight & Leadership: Coordinate and complete large-scale seller critical initiatives through cross-collaboration with business unit partnerships.
  • Develop guideline sharing programs across the seller community.
  • Investigate and assess new policy and platform effects on enterprise sellers.
  • Lead initiatives to establish and enforce seller guidelines.
  • Measure and report on the efficiency of educational initiatives.
