Taylor is growing, and we are hiring an Enterprise Sales Representative to help lead to that growth. In this role, enterprise means companies that use more than one Taylor division. You will sell Taylor as a full-service 3PL provider across transportation, warehousing, fleet, fulfillment and value-added services. You will join a small, driven sales team where your work is visible, your wins matter, and you have real ownership from first outreach through signed agreement and expansion. Total on-target earnings are typically $130,000 to$170,000+ annually. What you will do, Build and grow a book of business focused on multi-division opportunities across Taylor; Lead consultative discovery to uncover pain points and identify where multiple Taylor services can deliver value; Develop account strategies that expand customer relationships into additional Taylor divisions; Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and strong close rates across target verticals; Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership and operations to shape solutions, pricing, and commercial strategy; Build executive-level relationships and manage complex stakeholder groups through the full sales cycle; Represent Taylor through networking, prospecting, and formal industry events; Understand and execute pricing strategies across Taylor products and services.
