About The Position

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at TCP, you will act as counsel to the Sales Leadership team, implementing sales organization objectives that reflect business goals. You will ensure that go-to-market strategy efforts are integrated within planning processes and provide strategic and tactical input towards the design and deployment of new programs based on target market, buyer persona, product portfolio, and distinctive competence. Your role will involve ensuring the success of new programs through well-defined and efficient sales processes, designing and managing sales forecasts, plans, and budgeting processes, and partnering with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. You will foster an organization of continuous process improvement and work closely with senior sales leadership to define optimal KPI measurement and programs for sales success. Additionally, you will understand the company's sales and technology strategy and suggest recommendations through market insights, establish high quality, accuracy, and process consistency on plans, forecasts, and budgets, and lead change management initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include directing and supporting the consistent implementation of company initiatives, collaborating with sales leadership on reporting initiatives, prioritizing training objectives, providing leadership to the sales organization, and ensuring equitable assignment of sales force quotas.
