Our platform uses advanced matching models trained on a rich dataset of user activity to intelligently connect the right prospective client with the right adviser. Since 2010, Unbiased has generated over $100 billion in AUM opportunities for advisers, with 65% of prospects new to advice. Reaching more than 10 million consumers annually, we are one of the largest and most established sources of intent-driven client demand in the category. We are now investing in the next phase of our US growth and building a stronger enterprise commercial presence in-market. This is not a generic AE role, we’re looking for a high performing enterprise seller to help us win and grow relationships with large RIA firms, enterprise wealth businesses, consolidators and multi-office advisory groups across the US. You will be one of the early commercial hires helping shape our US enterprise motion. That means you need to be equally comfortable: opening doors into major RIA’s navigating complex buying groups leading commercially credible conversations with senior stakeholders closing strategic deals, with a minimum value of $300K ARR, typically ranging to $500K+ and feeding market insight back into product, positioning and pricing We already have early traction in the US and are now looking to accelerate our enterprise motion with dedicated in-market commercial talent, so this is a role for someone who knows how to sell value in the US advice ecosystem and wants to help build a serious category leader.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in enterprise sales in the US wealth, RIA, advisor marketing, lead generation, fintech or advisor technology space
  • Experience selling into large RIAs, enterprise wealth firms or broker-dealer networks
  • Demonstrable success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to sell credibly to senior decision-makers
  • A genuine hunter mentality: you know how to create pipeline, not just manage it
  • A consultative, commercially sharp style & able to challenge constructively and sell on business impact, not just features
  • Comfort operating in a scaling environment where you will help build the playbook
  • Strong CRM discipline, forecasting judgement and deal management skills

  • Fintech or marketplace products serving financial advisers
  • Wealthtech, martech or SaaS solutions sold into RIAs
  • Experience selling against or alongside firms in the financial advice/ advisor acquisition space would be highly relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a pipeline of enterprise RIA and wealth management firms across the US
  • Prospect into and develop relationships with RIAs, aggregator / consolidator groups, multi-office advisory businesses and enterprise wealth and financial planning firms
  • Run the full sales cycle from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation and close
  • Sell consultatively to senior commercial buyers including Founders, CEOs, Presidents, Heads of Growth, Heads of Marketing, COO / revenue leadership
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales processes across commercial, marketing, operations and compliance stakeholders
  • Translate Unbiased’s consumer demand, matching capability and commercial value into compelling enterprise-level business cases
  • Help shape our US GTM approach by feeding insight back on; customer pain points, buyer objections, pricing and packaging and competitive dynamics
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM
  • Alongside the US Sales team, represent the voice of the US enterprise market internally
