We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to lead the growth of enterprise and mid-market accounts in the technology sector. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue through consultative selling, partner collaboration, and strategic account management. The successful candidate will navigate complex sales cycles, build trusted relationships with customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities across virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), EUC, and cloud workspace technologies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value, exceed sales targets, and stay ahead of market trends. This role provides autonomy, flexibility, and a dynamic environment for a results-oriented professional with a strong enterprise network.

  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and proposal to close and renewal.
  • Collaborate with partners, developing joint account plans and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partner stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategic territory plans.
  • Stay informed on market trends in VDI, DaaS, and cloud workspace technologies to position differentiated value.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets and performance goals.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or infrastructure sales, preferably within VDI, EUC, or cloud computing.
  • Proven track record of high performance, including top-performer awards, President’s Club, or exceeding quota.
  • Established network of enterprise customers and channel partners in IT, software, or cloud ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, Parallels RAS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Nutanix Frame, Omnissa, or IGEL.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute partner-led selling motions and develop joint business plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-direction, and ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, application virtualization, and remote desktop solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of the channel ecosystem including VARs, MSPs, and distributors is desirable.
  • Competitive salary range: $230,000–$250,000 annually.
