About the position

The Enterprise Sales Director for Route Planner (ESD RP) will lead the sales efforts for Curri's Route Planner product within targeted enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with large-scale construction and industrial companies. This role requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As an ESD RP, you will be a key member of the Curri sales team and will play a critical role in expanding our market share in the enterprise segment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the enterprise segment, targeting companies with 25+ vehicles, multi-national operations, and significant IT budgets.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise prospects through a combination of market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and needs analysis to understand the unique challenges and requirements of each enterprise account.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise organizations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of Curri's Route Planner solution for enterprise customers.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with Curri's pricing and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of enterprise clients.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, providing regular updates to sales leadership on pipeline health and deal progression.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that may impact enterprise routing and logistics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of the construction and industrial sectors, including key challenges, trends, and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of routing and logistics solutions, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Curri's Route Planner to enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex deal structures and legal requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
