About The Position

As the Enterprise Sales Development Representative, your goal will be to drive and build a revenue pipeline for the Freshpaint team. You will do so by leveraging intentional outreach through cold calls, emails, and strategic activities to set high-quality meetings & sales qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Account Executive team.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of SDR experience, with a laser focus on strategic, account-based selling.
  • Proven experience managing an account list, identifying top accounts, building POV’s, prospecting, and conducting intentional outreach
  • Experience conducting strategic, consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (e.g., marketing, growth, data, or engineering leaders).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical products — experience with data infrastructure, analytics, or martech tools is a major plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, ZoomInfo
