THIS ROLE IS A HYBRID ROLE BASED IN VANCOUVER, BC - HYBRID - IN OFFICE TUES-THURS How You'll Make An Impact The Enterprise Sales Development Manager will be instrumental in cultivating a proactive, prospect-centric, Sales Development team with a focus on delivering qualified sales opportunities. This leader will guide the team to deliver relevant outreach within targeted accounts, generating sales pipeline for the Enterprise Sales organization through both inbound and outbound channels. The Enterprise Sales Development Manager will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing Teams, and Sales Leaders to drive success in the region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor sales representatives.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Goal-oriented, team player, and self-starter with a high motivation to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of 8-10 Sales Development Representatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute a sales plan and strategy aimed at generating new pipeline and revenue within the Enterprise Sales segment.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Lead the SDR team in creating new pipeline opportunities for Enterprise Sales Teams by partnering with Marketing to design tailored communication campaigns targeting key personas within Boomi’s customer base.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings to review sales and pipeline generation results, discuss strategies, and conduct sales and product training sessions.
  • Conduct weekly, goal-oriented coaching sessions to assess the capabilities, motivations, and aspirations of each team member, partnering with them to fully develop their potential and career paths.
  • Foster a high-energy culture centered on empowerment, creativity, and fun.
