About The Position

The Enterprise Revenue Management Senior Analyst develops and supports revenue management strategies to ensure profitable growth and yield for business units across the UPS enterprise. This role analyzes pricing performance, manages pricing guidelines and business rules, and helps maintain compliance with revenue management policies for U.S. small package services. The analyst collaborates across teams to optimize pricing tools, support governance, and deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide clear, data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator capable of collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
  • Experience supporting pricing strategies, reviewing contract language, and managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use UPS pricing and reporting systems
  • Understanding of UPS rate types, pricing structures, and pricing programs.
  • Awareness of competitor pricing approaches and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, pricing, revenue management, data analysis, or financial strategy.
  • Experience working with pricing tools or revenue management systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or advanced analytical methods.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

  • Support pricing strategy and analysis for UPS products, services, and subsidiaries by evaluating profitability, identifying trends, and recommending pricing actions.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures for U.S. small package services.
  • Support optimization and maintenance of pricing tools and offers used by Sales and Pricing teams.
  • Monitor pricing program performance and support governance efforts to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders to align pricing strategies with broader enterprise initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Extract, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
