Acts as the primary point of ownership with the responsibility of Infor LN Administration. Maintains up-to-date product and technical knowledge of the Infor portfolio and roadmap for an industry and horizontal solution set. Leads internal architecture sessions around integration, security, and reporting. Acts as an expert and evangelist for AMES Technology, Digital Transformation. Troubleshoot Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) anomalies and process issues within the Infor LN system. Assist with implementations and upgrades to the ERP system in data migration, data validation, system configuration, table sharing, testing, Classroom Pilot (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documentation. Ensure that data transfers to subsequent support interfaces and aim to monitor Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to maintain quality and consistency. Works with end users to gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality. Analyze and evaluate reported issues and end-user application requirements to determine optimum resolution. Perform daily maintenance of ERP systems and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Full time telecommuting permitted. Job can be performed anywhere in the U.S. 15% domestic travel within US and 10% travel international travel required.

  • A Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in a computer systems analyst occupation.
  • Ten (10) years of experience working with Infor ERP LN Implementations and Development.
  • Five (5) years of experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users, and IT teams.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Integration Skills such as EDI, XML, Web Services, Workflow and Alerts, API, ION, and Infor OS.
  • Full time telecommuting permitted.
  • Job can be performed anywhere in the U.S.
  • 15% domestic travel within US.
  • 10% international travel required.
