About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst 3 opening for our client in Baytown, TX. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for a new cloud-based ERP system. The selected candidate will translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements, support the selection, implementation, and optimization of a modern ERP solution to replace the existing PeopleSoft system, and coordinate with IT and vendor teams to ensure requirements are met through system configuration or customization. Additionally, the role includes leading or supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and change management initiatives, documenting workflows, system designs, and procedures to support implementation and ongoing use, and ensuring all project deliverables align with organizational objectives, compliance standards, and data security protocols.
