The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Manager. The EPMO Manager is responsible for the on-time, on-budget delivery of projects managed through the Enterprise Project Management Office in support of the strategic business goals and objectives of the American Nurses Enterprise (ANE). Responsible for continuous process improvements in all areas of ANE’s project management discipline and working with EPMO Director to implement changes. Manages a team of Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of projects, following industry recognized best practices, standards and processes, adhering to ANA EPMO standards. Responsible for ensuring the Project Management team has the required skills and knowledge to successfully support the IT portfolio. Collaborates with EPMO Director and IT leadership on strategic planning, resource management and allocation, financial and other types of planning and reporting. Responsible for status reporting to a variety of audiences including stakeholders, EPMO, IT and ANE Executive Leadership.
