  • Serve as the principal program manager for Amgen India Technology Transformation, overseeing multiple interdependent projects across business and technology domains.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of milestones, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across global and local workstreams.
  • Drive project governance and maintain rigorous program discipline using structured methodologies.
  • Lead the design and maintenance of consolidated dashboards that track key transformation KPIs, timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Provide accurate, real-time reporting to executive leadership and transformation steering committees, synthesizing data into actionable insights.
  • Manage program budgets across multiple cost centers and funding sources, including capital and operational expenditures.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure accurate forecasting, tracking, and compliance with global financial policies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, aligning business priorities with transformation outcomes.
  • Present program updates to senior executives and global steering groups, ensuring alignment and visibility.
  • Lead and mentor a hard-working team of program and project managers.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and consultants to ensure delivery commitments are met in scope, quality, and time.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong technical background, with demonstrated success managing large-scale, transformational or expansion-focused programs.
  • Experience leading service expansion initiatives across global regions, including developing scalable processes and frameworks.
  • Extensive program management experience, including work on high-impact, transformational initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise-level system overhauls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of process development and optimization in high-intensity program environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor or right hand to senior leadership, with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience managing a combination of direct and indirect reports, with an emphasis on influencing without authority across various business units.
