About The Position

The Intern experience at Lands' End is a comprehensive development-based role, designed to facilitate a robust Procurement and Finance career path. Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of Enterprise Procurement while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas. You will focus on key projects for the department which may include Enterprise Procurement, Accounting and IT Finance. You will be involved in key projects that will support future business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Accounting teams (AP, Controller, etc.) to ensure appropriate controls are in place
• Provide analysis of key vendors by category for management analysis
• Perform vendor analysis for due diligence/risk management purposes
• Standardize and maintain indirect supplier setup in a procurement management system
• Support Contract and Vendor Management Activities
• Document and participate in IT asset review process
• Support of SAP implementation
• Convert check payments to ACH
• Participate in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership
