About The Position

The Power Platform & Copilot Studio Administrator is a senior Information Technology professional responsible for governance, oversight, security hardening, and enterprise-wide management of Aramark’s Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments, as well as other approved AI solutions (Copilot, Claude, and Gemini) used across the enterprise. This role serves as the central platform owner and gatekeeper, with authority to approve, deny, remediate, or retire Power Platform environments, AI agents, apps, flows, and related AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Deep expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
  • Strong governance, documentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the authoritative owner for Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and provide governance oversight for other approved AI solutions (Copilot, Claude, and Gemini).
  • Approve or deny environments, Copilot agents, apps, flows, and AI usage patterns/requests for enterprise-managed Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, and Gemini in alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Define and enforce standards for architecture, connectors, licensing, data handling, retention, and DLP policies.
  • Establish and maintain usage guidelines and guardrails for safe and compliant adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Partner with IT Security and Enterprise Architecture to implement and continuously improve governance controls across Power Platform and other AI solutions.
  • Work with Information Security to ensure security hardening activities (configuration baselines, access controls, monitoring, auditing, and secure-by-default standards).
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, licensing, and AI governance standards, including appropriate classification and acceptable-use guidance.
  • Perform hands-on administration for complex scenarios and escalations spanning Power Platform/Copilot Studio and other approved AI solutions, as applicable.
  • Monitor and remediate non-compliant agents and usage; coordinate incident response and corrective actions as needed.
  • Shut down, quarantine, or retire non-compliant or high-risk assets in accordance with governance and security policies.
  • Enable developers with guardrails, reusable patterns, and secure design standards to accelerate delivery while reducing risk.
  • Translate complex technical and governance concepts into clear executive-level guidance, status, and recommendations.
