About The Position

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT
  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering and Enterprise Operations
  • 5+ years of experience managing a global WAN
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
  • Managing Professional Framework ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert ( CCIE ) Certification
  • DoDM 8140.03 DCWF 441 Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience automating network configurations and compliance, and building standardized playbooks and CI / CD workflows
  • Experience implementing Zero T rus t principles
  • Experience with leadership in ITSM maturity, including incident, problem, or change management, SLA governance, and vendor performance oversight
  • Ability to design and manage hybrid WAN architectures
  • Ability to brief senior stakeholders, design NetOps KPIs or OKRs, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable performance outcomes in large-scale enterprise environments
  • TS / SCI clearance
