About The Position
Enterprise Operations Manager The Opportunity: Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where enterprise network operations underpin mission success? We’re seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager who will provide subject matter expertise in network administration, network support, management, switching, and routing to ensure seamless network functionality for business needs. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of enterprise network operations for a global WAN, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. You’ll provide management, direction, administration, and leadership for the project, assign tasking to team members, supervise technical efforts, and manage overall performance to optimize resources. You’ll e nga ge with clients to collect, understand, and define IT requirements, translate them into actionable project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource‑loaded schedules to manage and report progress. Additional responsibilities include implementing quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with DoDM 8140.03 qualification requirements, and promoting best practices in ITIL 4 service management to drive continuous improvement. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering and Enterprise Operations
- 5+ years of experience managing a global WAN
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Managing Professional Framework ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert ( CCIE ) Certification
- DoDM 8140.03 DCWF 441 Certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience automating network configurations and compliance, and building standardized playbooks and CI / CD workflows
- Experience implementing Zero T rus t principles
- Experience with leadership in ITSM maturity, including incident, problem, or change management, SLA governance, and vendor performance oversight
- Ability to design and manage hybrid WAN architectures
- Ability to brief senior stakeholders, design NetOps KPIs or OKRs, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable performance outcomes in large-scale enterprise environments
- TS / SCI clearance
- Enterprise Infrastructure CCIE Certification
