About The Position

The Enterprise Operations Development Specialist supports the Enterprise Operations Development Manager in maintaining, organizing, and improving the standardized processes and documentation that govern project execution across the organization. This role focuses on hands-on coordination, documentation support, and day-to-day process upkeep to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This position works closely with project managers, project coordinators, field teams, and internal departments to assist with documentation accuracy, protocol adherence, and process communication. The Specialist plays a key role in keeping systems up to date, supporting audits, and helping project teams navigate established procedures.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, documentation management, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort working with structured documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with document management systems and project management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, Viewpoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, updating, formatting, and organizing project protocols, templates, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain documentation libraries and ensure protocols are properly stored, versioned, and accessible in systems such as Viewpoint, Procore, and SharePoint.
  • Support periodic reviews and audits by gathering documentation, verifying completeness, and flagging inconsistencies for the Development Manager.
  • Track protocol changes, maintain change logs, and help distribute updates to project teams.
  • Coordinate with project teams to confirm acknowledgment and understanding of updated procedures.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for protocol reviews, including scheduling meetings, capturing feedback, and documenting action items.
  • Assist with onboarding and training efforts by preparing materials and helping deliver protocol-related training sessions.
  • Monitor project documentation for alignment with internal standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for basic questions regarding documentation standards and direct more complex issues to the Development Manager.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with safety, compliance, engineering, and legal teams by assisting with document routing and approvals.
