Come build your career with BAE Systems The Enterprise Networks Program Manager (ENPM) will be responsible for business planning, team leadership, and program management of maturing multiple classified enterprise networks across the Electronic Systems Sector. You will support the Sector’s Classified Modernization strategy by organizing a program team, conducting planning and analysis, securing funding, and executing the instantiation and/or expansion of classified environments at multiple classification levels. Additionally, you will lead and develop the operations and maintenance (O&M) strategy for these environments to transition to our executing directorates. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategically oriented Sr Business Leader to lead and organize a highly capable team of both IT & Security and Business Stakeholders to realize our Strategic Vision for these large-scale collaboration environments. Qualified candidates should have strong and balanced competencies in leadership, business acumen, IT and Security service delivery, technology advancement, collaboration, and communications.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance, Bachelor's degree and 12 or more years of relevant experience related to the position
  • Working level experience in Classified Area infrastructure Projects
  • Working level experience in Classified Program Requirements and Operating Environments
  • Ability to work across multiple functions / organizations and build trusted working relationships
  • Leadership in building high performing cross functional teams with Program Management fundamentals, including planning, monitoring, control, reporting, and organization wide communications and influence
  • Business acumen and working level experience in support of business operations
  • Extensive knowledge of IT industry standard service delivery, operations, processes, standards, tools, and capabilities with a focus on infrastructure and project management
  • Track record of identifying, developing and implementing IT and Security system, people, and process improvements to improve business performance
  • Experience interpreting and enforcing government and company security policies and providing direction and guidance to personnel
  • Demonstrated record of managing internal and external (supplier) stakeholders
  • Acumen in operational planning, project management, business finance, and IT Service Delivery
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills— ability to communicate effectively at leadership levels with a focus on delivering value and business outcomes
  • Strong leadership competencies and operates with executive presence
  • Self-directed, proactive, detail oriented, and an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to formulate a strategic vision, define, and implement action plans to achieve goals
  • Ability to handle conflict and resolve difficult situations
  • Understanding of ICD 705, TEMPEST, and classified facility policy and procedure associated with NISPOM, SAP and SCI facilities
  • Understanding of DoD Security (physical/cyber/industrial) principles and integration; both classified and unclassified

Responsibilities

  • Organizes engagement with ES / INC stakeholders to capture business needs and requirements
  • Leads development of a shared vision and program execution strategy
  • Leads multi-year integrated business planning (IBP) to secure Capital and Expense resources
  • Leads & supports project organizational planning, staffing initiatives, and staff development
  • Builds, develops, and leads a cohesive and high performing team to meet program objectives
  • Leads program planning, execution, control, and reporting for Enterprise Networks Programs
  • Leads project risk and opportunity management planning and execution to meet program objectives
  • Collaborates with ES Engineering, Operations, Program, and IT & Security leaders to secure functional support
  • Collaborates with ES BAs and Program Teams to deliver on program requirements
  • Serves as the Information Systems Owner (ISO) for Enterprise Network Environments
  • Assures success in attaining authorizations to operate, maintaining compliance to DoD requirements, and customer security support for programs operating as ‘tenants’ in multiple environments
  • Leads overall strategy development to efficiently rationalize facilities, tools, and O&M support throughout consolidation of our multiple program unique network environments
  • Establishes and leads reporting of metrics for O&M continuous improvements
  • Keeps abreast of future directions of Information Systems technologies and best practices
