About The Position

Executive Engagement: Work with the ENS leadership team to identify creative solutions to a wide array of opportunities and challenges. Contract Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation and execution to renewal, amendment, and termination, ensuring alignment with ENS objectives and requirements. Vendor Relationship Management: Lead ongoing governance of vendor relationships, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance monitoring, and issue resolution. Value Creation: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation through effective vendor management and contract negotiation and governance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with partners in Technology, Finance and Sourcing to develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement and deliver key ENS projects and programs. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and contract governance in a technology or infrastructure environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise network and voice infrastructure (e.g., LAN/WAN, VoIP, unified communications).
  • College/University degree or equivalent with a business or technology focus and relevant/proven experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy and excellent writing skills including the ability to tailor messaging to all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while adapting to the changing needs of ENS Super Department as they arise.
  • Strong process management skills and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time.
  • Ability to interact comfortably at senior levels of the organization while also being a contributor to the team
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
