Executive Engagement: Work with the ENS leadership team to identify creative solutions to a wide array of opportunities and challenges. Contract Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation and execution to renewal, amendment, and termination, ensuring alignment with ENS objectives and requirements. Vendor Relationship Management: Lead ongoing governance of vendor relationships, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance monitoring, and issue resolution. Value Creation: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation through effective vendor management and contract negotiation and governance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with partners in Technology, Finance and Sourcing to develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement and deliver key ENS projects and programs. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
