About The Position

Join PEMCCO as an Enterprise Network Engineer (Lead), where you'll lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of enterprise network infrastructures. In this role, you'll ensure resilient and secure connectivity across multi-domain environments while applying Zero-Trust Architecture principles to support mission systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Information Technology or Networking.
  • Ten (10)+ years of network engineering experience with three (3)+ in lead roles.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; CCNP required.
  • Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and network security architectures.
  • Strong leadership in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto).
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CCIE, Azure, AWS Advanced Networking certification.

Responsibilities

  • Architect enterprise network solutions integrating routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Develop network segmentation and micro-segmentation aligned to ZTA policy enforcement.
  • Implement QoS, redundancy, and failover strategies for mission continuity.
  • Oversee configuration management and change control of network devices.
  • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning across WAN/LAN.
  • Integrate monitoring and alerting via SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog tools.
  • Lead troubleshooting of complex network incidents and service restoration.
  • Ensure DISA STIG and RMF compliance for all network components.
  • Develop network architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
