  • Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations through structured training.
  • Establish relationships in the community to build business.
  • Participate in a culture of friendly competition to drive business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles within the last 5 years.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
  • Competitive compensation with a targeted first-year annual salary of $57,526 based on a 45-hour work week.
