Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the Temple IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and alignment with business. This includes managing Microsoft 0365, Major Incident Management, Change Coordination, Change Management, Disaster Recovery. Performance Monitoring of all IT Infrastructure to track system performance, identify areas for improvement and trends to enhance operational efficiency. Manage the adoption of new technologies and systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Budget management to ensure cost-effectiveness. Team leadership, mentoring and supporting a team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Create and implement IT processes and procedures. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure minimal disruption to operations. This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
  • 10+ years IT Operations, including monitoring and change management Required
  • 5 years in a leadership capacity Required
  • General Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting across diverse infrastructure (e.g., DNS, Wired, Wireless, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Campus & Data Center Networking) Required
  • General Experience with a comprehensive understanding of network technologies Required
  • General Experience in budget and contract management Required
  • General Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field Preferred
  • 5 years M365 experience Preferred
  • 5 years experience in healthcare Preferred
