About The Position

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office in Raleigh, NC. As an Enterprise Learning Solutions Development Consultant, you will be a member of the Enterprise Governance, Learning, & Administration team within First Citizens' Enterprise Learning and Talent Development (EL&TD) department. This team's key function is to build and execute enterprise-wide infrastructure and engagement model to better support and enhance the operational needs of EL&TD partners and stakeholders. This position is responsible for: Consult with stakeholders to evaluate proposed learning needs. Recommend, collaborate, and implement solutions and strategies that meet business needs while maximizing results and operational efficiency. Develop learning solutions and administratively support our partners utilizing Cornerstone (LMS) and ServiceNow Case Management. Analyzes data to evaluate the effectiveness of design and development solutions. Recommends improvements to enhance process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Instructional Design or Adult Education Course Development OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Instructional Design or Adult Education Course Development

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of learning management systems (e.g. Cornerstone, Gateway, Adobe, or other major platforms)
• Experience working in talent development, training, and/or career development
• Advanced understanding of adult education learning management systems (LMS) and case management systems
• Understanding of Adult Learning principles and practices
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Project Management and administrative skills
• Advanced Excel skills and proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Administrative/Logistical Support - Performs various operational and administrative tasks to facilitate the success of a project. Tracks progress to aid in identification of project needs and strategic objectives. Resolves issues, answers inquiries, and ensures client satisfaction in support of business goals. May assist in the management of invoicing, logistics, and agendas.
• Learning Management System Execution - Understands and manages execution of various LMS tasks and functions including implementation of curricula and overall learner support. Uses foundational LMS knowledge to identify and assist in implementation of enhancements for administrators, facilitators, and learners.
• Collaboration - Build strong consultative relationships with assigned client group and partners to address business needs. Coordinates the implementation of learning delivery solutions within the assigned client group as required to achieve initiative outcomes.
• Project and Process Management - Manages assigned learning solution project planning and execution, milestone tracking, and status reporting. Identifies opportunities for increased performance and operational efficiency in day-to-day work and recommends enhancements. May assist in implementing process improvements.
• Executive Leadership Support - Performs operational and administrative tasks onsite for the Executive Director of Enterprise Learning and Talent Development
• Business Strategy - Responsible for the development, execution, and monitoring of EL&TD strategy, determining necessary changes to ensure alignment with overall corporate and department strategy. May assist with the change management strategy and communication plan, minimizing risks while maximizing benefits.
