Aligns with HR to support the Talent Strategy and develop employees at all levels to operate as a high-performance culture. Leads the design, development, and implementation of programs and strategies to fulfill organizational development needs and achieve program objectives. Accountable for training effectiveness and delivery of quality learning and development experiences. Recommends and creates effective development programs and learning solutions that drive needed skill, behavior, and performance change in their audience, using contemporary techniques. This role leads value stream work and is responsible for the tangible business outcomes of the delivered solutions. This role could be an individual contributor or a lead a team.
