Strategic Key Account Managers (KAM) manage and grow relationships with our most valuable enterprise customers, driving account strategy, customer success, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most valuable enterprise customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving account strategy, customer success, and revenue growth through deep understanding of client needs and alignment with our platform capabilities. You will partner with a cross-section of internal stakeholders to drive the resolution of client issues. You’ll also be a key member of the team working to migrate our current enterprise clients to our newest hardware and solutions.
