This Lockheed Martin position supports the Enterprise Network Operations Center (NOC) Team, within the Resiliency team. The NOC is the single point of focus for all business operational services, improving IT business performance through global situational awareness, proactive monitoring, advanced diagnostics and predictive analysis, and providing outstanding responsiveness ined with excellent customer support in the delivery of Lockheed Martin's IT Infrastructure and Services. This is a second shift position (mid-day to late evening), Tuesday - Friday 4x10.

  • Monitors Network/Tele infrastructure utilized by Lockheed Martin Customers
  • Provides first-level troubleshooting, verification, resolution and/or timely notification of system-generated alerts and coordination/closure of incident tickets
  • Reviews system and performance data from multiple sources to analyze anomalies and variances from normal thresholds taking appropriate action
  • Leads Service Alert Notifications process and the TAC line support
  • Monitors dashboards and portals for triggered alerts
  • Observes equipment and control panels for operator messages or error indicators taking appropriate action
  • Sets up and runs diagnostic tests and reacts appropriately to the messages and reports errors or machine malfunctions as required
  • Ensures conformance with Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), established processes, and workflow in an integrated team environment
  • Responsible for communicating all business activities in an effective and timely manner to management and for maintaining professional conduct consistent with any policy and procedures.
  • US Citizenship
  • Demonstrated strong IT troubleshooting skills (network and pc connectivity)
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (ex. Ping, trace route)
  • Exceptional Customer Relations skills
  • Proven success working in a team environment
  • Ability to work non-standard shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Lockheed Martin Incident and Priority Management processes, including escalations to support personnel and leadership
  • Demonstrated experience using Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM, ExtraHop or other similar monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with network management applications
  • Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP (1 + Year)
  • CCNA, CCNP, CISSP certifications
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin security standards, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability and effectiveness to working off hours independently
