The Integration Lead will own the enterprise integration landscape for workforce platforms and downstream systems, focusing on heterogeneous systems integration using middleware, with deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite. This role is also expected to be cross-trained in MuleSoft and eventually lead MuleSoft integration efforts. In This Role, You Will... End-to-end ownership of SAP and non-SAP integrations across VMS, WFM, LMS, HRIS, SAP, CRM and other operational systems. Design, build, and govern integrations using SAP Integration Suite as the strategic integration layer. Integrate heterogeneous systems through middleware, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable data flows. Establish integration standards, patterns, and observability for all real-time and batch interfaces. Ensure data consistency, error handling, and performance optimization across the integration landscape. Partner with functional and technical teams to support end-to-end testing and go-live readiness. Get cross-trained in MuleSoft and assume leadership for MuleSoft integration initiatives as adoption grows. Reduce integration risk and technical debt by centralizing ownership as the application footprint grows.
