About The Position
The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager position is a 12-month, full-time, on-campus position. Upon successful completion of the employee's 90-to-180-day probationary period, the employee may be eligible for up to one (1) day of telework per week. The Manager reports to the Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, serves as a member of the OIT Leadership Team, and collaborates frequently with administrators, faculty, and staff. The Manager leads an experienced technical team to plan and optimize the University's campus infrastructure and related systems including the campus copper and fiber network, cyber and data security, servers, Active Directory and DNS, identity and access Management, backup and disaster recovery, desktop technologies, M365 and Azure cloud technologies.
