Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program with a minimum of 3.0 GPA in IT security, data science, computer science, finance, or closely related fields.
  • Must be enrolled for Fall 2026 at a US-accredited institution.
  • Must have completed at least one year of studies before starting the internship.
  • Must be within commuting distance to Johnston, IA, or Indianapolis, IN, for the duration of the internship.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
  • Creative thinking and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in general IT operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in databases or LIMS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the global deployment of the OT Cybersecurity Program.
  • Develop and maintain systems for the OT Cyber Lab/Deployment factory.
  • Assist in designing the OT Cyber Controls Framework.
  • Define OT cyber incident response use cases and playbooks.
  • Support automation initiatives within the Falcon Program using Microsoft Power Suite.
  • Develop automated flows for the NA Pioneer Sales Season.
  • Enhance the Onboarding Copilot Agent within Enterprise IT.
  • Design conversational flows and integrate onboarding resources.
  • Collaborate with the ITSM Operations Lead to review and enhance ITSM process documentation.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for reporting and dashboards to support business functions.
  • Engage in AI-driven analytics and low-code development using Microsoft Power BI and Copilot Studio.
  • Work on data engineering, cataloging, and AI/machine learning projects.
