Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the Travel & Expense (T&E) industry is required, with at least 3+ years of hands-on domain experience.
  • A strong professional background with 4+ years in a customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS or consulting environment).
  • 4+ years of global project management or consulting experience.
  • A knack for leading complex customer engagements.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of building customer-centric processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on implementation experience with Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
  • Additional domain expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, or Corporate Card Program Management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and project manage end-to-end global enterprise implementations and launches.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant by working closely with customers to discover their business needs.
  • Drive customer success and adoption by developing strategies to ramp up spending activity.
  • Manage and cultivate customer relationships by building multi-threaded connections.
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner within the Brex account team.
  • Influence product development by adapting quickly to product changes.
  • Build and execute a prioritization strategy for managing multiple high-touch customer relationships effectively.
