About The Position

The Enterprise Financial Crime Compliance (EFCC) Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in evaluating and analyzing account and customer activities to detect and report potential financial crimes. This position ensures the Bank's compliance with regulations against money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities by reviewing the work of others and providing professional feedback.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Obtain CAMS, CGSS, CKYCA, CTMA, CFE, CAFP, or CRCM within 1 year of hire.
• 5+ years experience in an investigative field, audit, compliance.
• 2+ years experience in direct BSA/AML.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Analytics, Law, or Finance.
• 6+ years experience in an investigative field, audit, compliance.
• 3+ years experience in direct BSA/AML.

Responsibilities

• Reviews conducted analysis to identify suspicious activities and perform quality reviews of BSA/AML processes.
• Utilizes the case management and alert systems and demonstrates expert-level Excel skills for investigative reporting.
• Ensures timely processing of reviews and maintains a high accuracy rate in compliance with internal and regulatory standards, with a QA error rate of less than 5%.
• Provides feedback to analysts and investigators in a constructive and professional manner, collaborating with internal teams to establish connections across processes.
