The Enterprise Epic Training Specialist I, relating to their supported application(s) and for all UF Health locations, participates in new and ongoing training projects; provides efficient and effective Epic training and education for upgrades, new projects, new users, and ongoing support and education; and collaborates with Principal and Certified Trainers, Super Users, and end-users. The Training Specialist must have a working understanding of Epic system functionality and/or departmental work flows as they relate to the supported Epic application(s). The Training Specialist must have strong planning, communication, and relationship skills and maintain a flexible schedule to meet customer needs. The Training Specialist primarily supports one service area/location, however, may be required to support the application(s) at any UF Health location based on need and as assigned by their manager.
