Administrative and Support Services

At Binti, the Project Management team leads the end-to-end delivery of our software with public sector partners, ensuring agencies successfully adopt Binti's tools while transforming how they support children and families. We work closely with child welfare leaders, frontline staff, and cross-functional internal teams to translate complex, often ambiguous goals into well-executed solutions that drive positive outcomes for children and families. As the Enterprise Engagement Lead, you'll take ownership of our most strategic and high-impact enterprise launches, bringing technical fluency, critical problem-solving, passion for the mission, and executive presence to every phase of implementation. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, including members of Binti's executive team, to identify and lead high-priority initiatives that strengthen our implementation practices across the board. You'll join a thoughtful, mission-driven team that values trust, autonomy, and continuous improvement as we scale Binti's impact nationwide. This is a newly created, unique opportunity to shape how Binti scales its implementation model, bringing thought leadership, structure, and innovation to one of the most critical phases of our work.
