As an Enterprise Embedded Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for Tennr’s most complex customers — large-scale health systems, national provider groups, and enterprise partners. This is a highly technical, strategic, and customer-facing role that demands deep domain fluency, executive presence, and strong systems thinking. You’ll own enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end: from pre-sale discovery and business case alignment to go-live and expansion. You’ll act as both a trusted technical advisor and a project lead, working closely with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Tennr to ensure lasting success. This role sits within a high-performance implementation pod and directly influences Tennr’s go-to-market and product strategy.

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live
  • Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change
  • Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
  • Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs
  • Reimagine processes with automation best practices, not just replicate legacy systems
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope
  • Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools
  • Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence product roadmap
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
  • A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers
  • Skilled at communicating technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
  • Experience navigating complex org structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutions
  • Business acumen and domain fluency — ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industries
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practices
  • High ownership mindset and urgency — proactive, resourceful, and impact-driven
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
  • Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success
  • Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions
  • New, spacious Chelsea office
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 100% paid employee health benefit options
  • Employer funded 401(k) match
  • Competitive parental leave
  • Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
