Position Purpose The Email Marketing Lead owns the email channel across Capital Bank’s enterprise marketing organization. This role is responsible for planning, building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns that support marketing initiatives across multiple lines of business. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing email campaigns from strategy through deployment and performance analysis. The Email Marketing Lead works closely with line-of-business marketing teams to understand campaign goals and then develops the email strategy, builds the campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, schedules and deploys communications, and monitors performance. This role ensures that email campaigns are executed accurately, delivered on schedule, and continuously improved through data-driven optimization. The Email Marketing Lead also manages the enterprise email calendar and serves as the internal subject matter expert for the email channel. Over time, this role will play an important part in maturing Capital Bank’s lifecycle marketing capabilities as the email program continues to evolve.
