About The Position

The Enterprise E-Learning and Training Specialist for Employee Business Training at Clark County School District is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills in using enterprise business applications and productivity software. This role involves creating engaging e-learning content and providing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of technology in the workplace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Five years of experience in computer systems, enterprise business applications support, or documented end-user training.
  • One additional year of progressively detailed experience using advanced productivity suite software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in video or e-learning project creation using relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in Nevada.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in instructional design, education, computer science, or business management.
  • Experience with curriculum development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on enterprise business applications and productivity software.
  • Create e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other industry-related software.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of technology in the workplace.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
