About The Position

The role involves the identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and driving automation initiatives, creating intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders, and participating in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment. Analytical skills are essential to slice and dice the data per use case needs. Additionally, the candidate will create Success Plans, Roadmaps, and Value Realization documents to help customers achieve their business objectives. The role also includes managing customer/stakeholder relationships, providing cross-functional support, and acting as a liaison between the vendor and client.

Requirements

• 8+ years IT experience
• 3+ years in managing endpoint tools - Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
• Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
• ITIL foundation certifications
• Project Management tools - JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
• Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
