The Enterprise Developer serves as a key member of the Enterprise Applications Operations team, supporting the University's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, currently Ellucian Banner-managed by the University of St. Thomas hosted in the AWS Cloud. This position collaborates closely with IT Architects, Database Administrators, and ERP Software Engineers to design, development, test and maintain the enterprise applications and integration solutions that enable seamless communication between internal and external systems. The Enterprise Developer's key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex data and integration issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in developing and implementing custom solutions using a variety of tools and technologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of integration patterns, ETL tools, and enterprise architecture principles to deliver secure, high-performance solutions that maintain data integrity and support the university's operational goals.
