Kennesaw State University is seeking a qualified individual to provide engineering expertise across the full lifecycle of systems, services, and solutions offered by the Enterprise Desktop Engineering group. This group is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise Apple devices, including faculty and staff workstations, classroom computers, labs, kiosks, and signage. The role involves implementing the full lifecycle of enterprise desktop and end-user device management systems, ensuring their quality, stability, recoverability, and security. The position also requires diagnosing and resolving problems, developing and maintaining documentation, and augmenting primary on-call staff by responding to major on-call events on nights and weekends.
