About The Position

The Enterprise Data Lead will spearhead the company's data transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in shaping our enterprise data strategy, ensuring data governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making at scale. In this role, you will also have the SAP S/4 data migration team as direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with the SAP Master Data Governance application.
• Experience in government regulated industries and data masking.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people as well as to a complex business structure.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide data strategy, architecture, and governance framework.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Oversee data integration, quality, and lifecycle management across platforms and domains.
• Drive the adoption of data standards, metadata management, and master data management practices.
• Lead the SAP S/4HANA data migration team.
• Create the master data maintenance processes for SAP S/4HANA.
• Deploy the SAP Master Data Governance platform.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
• Monitor emerging data technologies and trends to inform strategic direction.
