Spearhead phased migration from legacy Sybase to AWS microservices architecture, maintaining data synchronization using AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, DMS, Lambda, and domain-based transition strategies. Serve as the primary liaison between business, product, and engineering teams, translating requirements into scalable architectures and clearly communicating data solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
