About The Position

AthenaHQ delivers AI-powered search solutions that help enterprises turn AI Search into measurable business impact. Our flagship platform, Athena, supports Fortune 500 and B2B SaaS teams across the full AI search lifecycle, from deployment and best practices to workflow integration. We’re hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to scale customer success and build long-term partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a proactive customer-centric culture in a fast-growing AI company dedicated to maximizing client success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in martech post-sales roles, such as Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM), ideally with enterprise clients.
  • High agency and an entrepreneurial spirit. We especially value candidates who've founded something or created impactful projects in the past.
  • A fast-learning mindset with natural curiosity to dive deep into new concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in martech or SEO and the ability to quickly grasp SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to better support customer use cases.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships, advocate for customers internally, and drive outcomes with autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end success for key enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor on AI Search best practices and optimizing Athena's features.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to help customers achieve business outcomes through AI Search.
  • Bridge customer needs with our product roadmap, providing nuanced feedback to influence development and enhancements.
  • Showcase the value of Athena's upsell features, driving revenue expansion based on demonstrated customer success.
  • Build scalable processes to support hundreds of customers, nurture 1-3 case studies per month, and achieve a 90%+ client satisfaction rate.
