About The Position

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Flexential, you will be the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of complex hosting and colocation customers. Your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through various engagement activities, including onboarding, success planning, proactive outreach, and conducting Executive Business Reviews. You will collaborate with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to understand their desired outcomes and provide tailored solutions that drive success throughout the customer lifecycle.
