About The Position

The position involves creating and maintaining the multi-year Credit End-to-End Process and Credit Information Systems Technology, Process, and Transformation roadmap along with a strong governance framework. The role requires providing leadership and strategic alignment of Credit initiatives to ensure optimal workflow, portfolio management, roles and responsibilities, as well as technology utilization. The candidate will streamline the end-to-end credit life cycle and workflows to enhance credit decisions and improve client experience. Additionally, leveraging enterprise data platforms to enable credit data governance and compliance analytics is essential. The role also involves educating and collaborating with Credit Risk stakeholders, business and IT team members, and vendor support teams to promote the value of the transformation. Managing stakeholder needs and developing a clear roadmap of strategic objectives matched with resource allocation for the immediate scope is crucial. Acting as a change agent and developing a strategy to drive credit efficiency and quality while leading a matrixed team throughout the organization to deliver results is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Establish credibility internally and externally to be considered as a thought leader and earn the needed trust to make enterprise decisions.
  • Must have wide range of experience in systems, lifecycles, methodologies and be able to blend to find hybrid and best approaches.
  • Beneficial to have experience with Loan Origination and booking systems.
  • Forward thinker who is not afraid of ambiguity.
  • Research and implementation track record while working with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of diplomacy, tact, people skills and earned credibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of direct experience leading credit transformations.
  • Experience using nCino, IBS, and Salesforce.
