About The Position

Aon is seeking an Enterprise Client Leader responsible for managing relationships with Aon's most strategic clients across various geographies and solution lines. This role focuses on delivering client retention and growth by leading a team of Aon colleagues, engaging with senior decision-makers, and ensuring the execution of client strategies. The position requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to align Aon's resources to meet those needs effectively.

Requirements

  • 15 years of industry, consulting, and relevant experience with complex, global client management.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of client industry and ability to access Aon resources for content and solution delivery.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain deep client relationships at the executive level across multiple buying centers.
  • Strong consulting skills to identify needs and articulate problems to be solved.
  • Solid understanding of the client's financials and strategy, adept in discussing this with clients and internal teams.
  • Effective communication skills with a client-centric, strategic focus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business results for at least five enterprise clients, meeting new, retention, and rollover metrics across solution lines and geographies.
  • Build and continuously update resources to execute against the Client Value Creation Model.
  • Deliver Global Standards by coordinating with key partners at Aon and the client for strategy and execution.
  • Influence all levels of Aon to align internal resources and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of all Aon services and ensure clients understand the full value delivered.
  • Model partnership, collaboration, integrity, humility, and respect to deliver the best of Aon to clients.
  • Communicate effectively and provide feedback to elevate team success.
