The Enterprise Client Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of new enterprise clients and associated products and services within the Workers’ Compensation space. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Operations, IT, and external stakeholders to translate client needs into effective implementation designs and ensure delivery aligns with contractual requirements, timelines, and quality standards. This position serves as a hands-on implementation leader and subject matter expert, leveraging deep knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims operations and the relationships between Insurance Carriers, TPAs, and Employers to guide successful client onboarding. The role requires intermediate to advanced proficiency in implementation documentation, process visualization, and presentation tools to clearly communicate complex workflows and implementation designs.
